1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We only accept returns on non-customized, standard-sized items if the item is received damaged. Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Items must be:
● Unworn and unwashed
● In their original condition with tags attached
● Free of scent or additional damage
Please note:
● Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.
● Customized or made-to-measure pieces (including size adjustments, special color requests, and sizes XXL and above) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
● Sale items and promotional items are final sale.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To begin the return or exchange process, please email us at bloombyedzi.sales@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order with the following:
● Full name and order number
● Reason for return or exchange
● Clear photos (if reporting a fault)
Once approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect.
3. REFUNDS
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit once the item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
4.EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (if available) only in the case of a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us promptly, as availability is limited. The customer bears the cost for return and reshipment unless otherwise agreed.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a wrong or defective item, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll prioritize sending you the correct item at no extra cost.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR RETURNS
If your return is approved, you may be asked to ship to a U.S. or Ghana-based return address depending on your location. Full instructions will be shared during the return process.
