1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. For customized pieces or high-demand periods, processing may take longer. We will always notify you if there is a delay.

2. SHIPPING TIMELINES & RATES
We offer both local (Ghana) and international shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location:
● Ghana: 1–3 business days via local courier
● West Africa: 3–7 business days
● Rest of Africa, Europe & USA: 5–12 business days via DHL or FedEx
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel on the courier’s official website.
4. DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.

If you are based in the European Union, please be aware of the new customs charge before purchasing.
If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost or the customs charge when we receive the parcel back. You will also be responsible for the return of this parcel. Please make sure you are aware of the new charges before completing your order.
